Innocence Left Behind is finally the compilation of three different projects. There will be actually more than only one main story.
The first idea was "Things We Left Behind", a story which would narrate Patrick's and Christian's romance. Here Christian fights to protect his client, Patrick, from the many threats that surround his life as the Don's son.
The second idea was the heart of my fictional city's story, "Abandon in Saint-Teold", starring Sergel, narrated by the pooint of view from the many people who know him. It would develop to the point of explaining the City's own weird story and motive of existence. I'll still upload the chapter which William Bronna was "created" in the city from this.
The third has everything to do with that old idea of mine which I simply call "Protelis Paragon", dealing with the eternal fight between the dragon families and their hidden power over all the rest.
Since I'll not write all this crap, I decided to make a three-on-one story so I can accomplish all I've started more efficiently.
What I got so far...
Chapter 1 - Christian and Mill are presented.
Chapter 2 - Filsigon and Don Leosolare make a dangerous deal which will trigger the story.
Chapter 3 - Sergel is presented. A secret deal between him and Filsigon is spoken of in two different times. The non-linear dynamic of the story starts.
Chapter 4 - Chris and Mill have a violent turn of events and end up in a dangerous situation.
Chapter 5 - William Bronna is introduced. His assigment leads him to stalk Mill and Chris. This chapter passes some hours before the last one.
I need ideas for:
Edma's terrible Mystery, which will be linked to a secret danger stalking Sergel.
Filsigon's silent conflict with Leonard Solaris. He has to come with a good idea for turning the table, and this has to do with something he asked to Sergel. Something legally dangerous to both, but the right thing to do, by their own standards.
Chris and Mill convalescence in the hospital.

Physical
I teached some powerlifting techniques to my ex today. It was funny, 'cause he had no discipline with the barbell at first, but managed to be a very good learner. I wonder if he's gonna try the barbell clean and press alone further on?
Maximun Overload is really a hard training. Perhaps just what I needed to grow further. I gotta be very careful with injuries, though, since now the load of weights can really get dangerous. I almost got myself killed in the inclined db flyes...
Ah, yes. I discovered I'm now benching 230lbs max. This kind of training will promote a greater evolution than my former 8-12 principle, aditionally.
My trainer said I should not exceed three weeks following this kind of training. So I'll trust him. After that, I'll take my written down maximum loads for every main exercise and mount the 666 training for me. Then I'll see if I can make three more weeks in 666. After that, I'll see what I can do. Perhaps a week of 8-12 to recover, then I may start all over again with MaxOT. Yes, this sounds sensible.

I believe we know each other.
